We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff</li>
<li>Assist in the transport of patients</li>
<li>Provide companionship and basic care to patients</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and healthy environment</li>
<li>Accurate documentation in the computer</li>
<li>Monitor and report vital signs and any changes in patient condition</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with patients</li>
<li>Compassionate and caring demeanor</li>
<li>Ability to work well in teams</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Valid CNA license in the state of Massachusetts</li>
<li>Dementia certification</li>
<li>CPR/BLS</li>
<li>At least one (1) year experience in a facility</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
</ul>
