Job Details
• CT Technologist position at Mass General Brigham Ambulatory in Salem, New Hampshire.
• Cardiac experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Requirements
• Must have a New Hampshire Medical Imaging License.

Schedule Information
• Monday 7a-7:30p
• Wednesday 9:30a-6p
• Thursday 7a-3:30p
• Friday 7a-3:30p
• No weekends, no holidays, no call.
• Schedule could be subject to change.

Additional Details
• Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test.
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
• Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date or negative QuantiFERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months.
• Physician health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
• MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date.
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience.
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation if fit test is required.
• MGB References: 2 recent references, minimum 1 supervisor or above.
• MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
• MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
• MGB Education Verification through background check company.
• MGB SSN Trace with criminal check.
• MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.
• MGB New Hampshire State Checks within 30 days prior to start date.
• MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission.
