Join our team at Ubuntu Psychotherapy Group, LLC as an individuals and family Therapist in Bourne, MA and South Easton, MA 02375. This position offers a hybrid work location type, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while also having the opportunity to collaborate in person with your colleagues.
Job Expectations:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify client needs
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to address interpersonal dynamics
- Utilize your expertise in human services to support clients in need
- Have a Master's in Social work and a LICSW licensure.
- Provide group and individual supervision to providers
- Offer couples therapy to strengthen relationships
- Address substance abuse issues through therapeutic interventions
- Provide crisis intervention services to individuals and families
- Provide marriage and family therapy to promote healthy relationships
- Pre-license or a license holder as a Professional Counselor to offer counseling services
- Engage in psychotherapy sessions to support mental health wellness
Licensure:
License Eligible, MSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT
Salary Information:
The minimum hourly salary for this position is $40.00 and the maximum salary is $55.00 based on experience and licensures.
