Guardian Recovery Network is a nationwide provider specializing in substance use disorder primary treatment. The Plymouth House is a featured location in Plymouth, NH. We are a residential and partial hospitalization level of care. We are looking for a Nurse Manager.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Manager to join our private residential and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) Substance Use Disorder (SUD) facility in Plymouth, NH. The Nurse Manager will play a key leadership role, overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients in recovery.

Requirements

  • Active RN/LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping individuals in recovery and fostering a positive, supportive care environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the nursing team, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • Oversee nursing care plans, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care for individuals with substance use disorders.
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
  • Work closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team, including medical providers, therapists, and support staff, to deliver holistic care.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship for nursing staff on best practices in SUD treatment and mental health care.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to medical and psychiatric emergencies.

Location: Plymouth, NH

Salary: Starting at $80,000 per year
