Licensed Mental Health Clinician - $5,000 Bonus

Job Description

Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive wellness, dental, behavioral health, pediatric, and walk-in Express Care services across Rutland and southern Addison counties, with nearly 400 employees.

We seek a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor (LMHC, LADC, LICSW, LMFT) to provide mental health treatment to children and adults in Southern-Central Vermont. This role involves individual, family, and group psychotherapy, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support clients' emotional and relational growth.

Key functions include conducting assessments, maintaining documentation, facilitating referrals, and participating in team planning. Candidates must have a Master’s degree, relevant licensure, strong interpersonal skills, EMR proficiency, and a client-centered approach.
