A Special Education Student Records Clerk position is available on a contract basis for approximately 24 hours per week through at least the end of December. This role offers flexibility regarding the days and times worked, providing an adaptable schedule to fit your availability.
The primary focus is managing and maintaining student records with accuracy and confidentiality in a school environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry are essential to ensure effective recordkeeping and support of special education services.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient phone skills, including courteous interaction with parents and staff
- Experience scheduling meetings with parents and coordinating schedules
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and Google applications

- Position is based in Brockton, MA
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update student records and special education documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with parents, staff, and relevant parties
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with school and legal requirements
- Support special education staff by ensuring records are current and accessible
