Telehealth Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) – Part-Time to Full-Time

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to provide virtual nutrition counseling as part of an established, evidence-based nutrition program. This is a 100% remote role offering flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through individualized nutrition care.

Position Overview

• Schedule: 20–32 hours per week (flexible based on availability)
  

• Location: Fully remote, telehealth-based
  

• Compensation: $30–$38 per hour, depending on experience
  

• Licensure Requirement: Must hold an active Massachusetts dietitian license
  

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) focused on sustainable lifestyle and behavior change
  

• Conduct virtual nutrition consultations, assess client needs, and develop personalized nutrition care plans
  

• Educate clients on nutrition strategies that support long-term health outcomes
  

• Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and support clients in achieving their goals
  

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members as appropriate
  

• Document care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR)
  

• Perform additional duties within scope of practice as needed
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program
  

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  

• Active Massachusetts dietitian licensure (required)
  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient, telehealth, or counseling-based roles preferred
  

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based nutrition and behavior change strategies
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
  

• Additional certifications (e.g., motivational interviewing, lifestyle coaching, weight management) are a plus
