Medical Assistant Assignment: Temp to potential hire&nbsp; Location: Lawrence MA Schedule: 40HPW; Mon-Thurs 1pm-9:30pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm Pay: $24-27/hour
<ul>
<li>Interview patients, record medical history, confirm&nbsp;purpose of visit and assist the clinician with patient care.</li>
<li>Prepares patients for visit by taking blood pressure, weight and temperature; and reports pertinent information in medical records.</li>
<li>Perform EKGs, ear irrigations, and throat cultures</li>
<li>Collects urinalysis</li>
<li>Conducts flu testing, glucose testing, and international normalized ratio (INR) testing&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assists clinicians with treatments and dressings.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Graduate of a medical assistant program&nbsp;</li>
<li>CPR/BLS Certified&nbsp;</li>
<li>At least 1 year experience as an MA&nbsp;</li>
