Pride Health is currently seeking candidates for an “Audiologist” that will provide support to our client's healthcare systems in Beverly, MA. This is a contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Position: Audiologist
Location: Beverly, Massachusetts
Shift: Monday–Friday, day shift (typically 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with flexibility)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Gross: $2600
Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Audiologist to join an outpatient ambulatory care clinic providing comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services. The Audiologist will deliver individualized, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric patients, with an average daily caseload of 10–12 patients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive audiologic care to patients across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatric populations
- Perform traditional and advanced diagnostic hearing evaluations, including assessments of hearing and balance disorders
- Conduct vestibular testing and interpret results to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Deliver individualized treatment plans, including rehabilitative services and patient-centered care
- Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, and follow-up care, including managing hearing aid purchases
- Perform or assist with Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing, including neonatal testing (preferred)
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment such as audiometers, tympanometry, ABR, VNG, and hearing aid programming systems
- Educate patients and caregivers on hearing loss, balance disorders, and communication strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state, hospital, and departmental standards
- Collaborate with referring physicians and rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) program in Audiology
Licensure & Certifications
Required:
- Active Audiologist license in the State of Massachusetts
- Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA)
Preferred:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from ASHA
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional audiology experience
- Strong clinical skills in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology
- Experience working with adult and pediatric populations
- Proficiency with audiologic and vestibular diagnostic technologies
- Excellent patient communication, education, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and compliance
