Med Tech Part-Time

If yes, we invite you to apply for our LPN / Med Tech position at St. Joseph Residential Care Home. This position requires a high level of care and compassion, excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of patient care procedures. Providing excellent patient care is a vital part of this position.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities of the Med Tech:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
Provide care according to residents care plans.
Engage with residents in a manner that promotes their independence and maintains their dignity.
Maintain a safe and homelike environment while responding and attending to residents physical and psychosocial needs appropriately.
Document resident information in charts by completing reports, logs, and records.
Report changes in residents condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
