Your Schedule:
- Work seven days every two weeks:
— Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
— Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday - Twelve (12) hour shifts:
— Day: 6:45am - 7:00pm
— Night: 6:45pm - 7:00am - Overtime on Sundays and beyond 40 hours per week
- Optional additional overtime
Essential Qualifications:
- Comprehend and implement written and verbal directives
- Accurate verification of manufacturing data
- Clear documentation of production records
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace
- Conduct self and team safety checks
- Basic computer literacy for training purposes
Advanced Expertise:
- Handling blending and extruder operations
- Proficient troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Driving effective forklift operations
- Displaying leadership capabilities
Physical Demands:
- Lifting capacity of up to 55 lbs.
- Extended periods of standing
- Regular climbing, bending, and stretching required
