- Minimum 1 year recent Operating Room RN experience\n
- BLS certification required\n
- Ability to take on-call shifts as scheduled\n
- Willingness to attend quarterly department education sessions\n
- Strong communication and patient advocacy skills\n
\n\nOperating Room RN Responsibilities\n

- Serve as circulator in the Operating Room, coordinating patient care during preoperative and postoperative phases\n
- Act as patient advocate, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the surgical experience\n
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members\n
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols\n
- Participate in department education and training sessions\n
- Respond to on-call needs as scheduled\n
