An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room (ER) experience to work night shifts in a small critical access hospital environment. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a setting where the Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical units collaborate closely. Candidates must have prior charge nurse experience and be comfortable adapting to the dynamics of a smaller hospital.
Key qualifications and desired experience include:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with ER experience
- Previous charge nurse experience is required
- Ability to work effectively in a critical access hospital setting
- Comfort managing responsibilities across ER and Med-Surg units

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), averaging 36 hours per week

- Manage emergency and medical-surgical patient care needs with professionalism and efficiency
