A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in East Weymouth, MA, supporting elementary students. This full-time, contract role involves providing speech and language therapy within an educational setting, focusing on addressing communication challenges to enhance student learning and development.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and student records in compliance with school policies
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Open to candidates holding Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) credentials with relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment

Hours:
