We are now hiring a Hotel Operations Manager for our Berkshires Hotel Lenox, part of the Untold Collection. This 64 room boutique property is your gateway to New England and all of it's charm.
 
This role will assist the General Manager in direction of all phases of hotel operations providing a superior service and product to the hotel’s guests. Ensuring a positive and safe environment for all guest and hotelitarians. Fiscal responsibility encompasses managing the financial viability of the hotel, ensuring the hotel meets financial expectations to ownership.

<li>Previous experience in a hotel operations, rooms manager, or guest services role</li>
<li>Ability to meet budgets and financial goals</li>
<li>History of Training and developing others</li>
<li>independent or boutique hotel background</li>
<li>Flexible to assist in all departments</li>
