Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19 - $23 per hour

Job Description
We are looking for an on-site Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and oversee the quality of all products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring our manufactured products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities

Prepare First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), including AS9102 Aerospace FAIRs
-
Conduct and document process/product validations and internal audit reports

Assist in creating/documenting training materials and quality test procedures

Monitor and measure in-process manufactured products
-
Perform routine quality inspections and electrical verification tests

Identify and resolve workflow and production issues

Assist in implementing potential quality improvements

Discuss and address issues/potential solutions with superiors

Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports

Ensure standards and safety regulations are observed
Qualifications
-
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist/Technician/Engineer or similar role

Strong knowledge of generating First Article Inspection Reports

Ability to read and comprehend prints, drawings, bills of material, and other production documentation

Working knowledge of quality assurance tools, methods, and concepts

Knowledge of relevant quality and regulatory standards

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent data collection and analysis skills

Strong focus and attention to detail

Experience with IPC/610 and/or IPC/620 Workmanship Standard and ISO 9001 Quality System is a plus

Dependable and reliable; must be on time every day

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
