We are working with a full-service, multi-office law firm seeking a Real Estate Finance Attorney with at least five years of experience to join their Hartford, CT; Stamford, CT; or Boston, MA office.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in commercial real estate primarily representing lenders. Preference for candidates with experience in lender representation in all asset classes (e.g. office, multi-family, retail, hospitality) and experience with structured debt and secondary market (e.g. the buying and selling of loans). Knowledge of New York governing law, particularly New York lien law, and/or consolidation and assignments is preferred, as is admission to the NY and CT bar. Strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills are required. Graduation from law school and practice experience is required.
