 We are hiring an experienced Dryer Vent Cleaning or HVAC Technician for a large commercial apartment project (300+ units). This is a short-term, high-volume project with steady hours and competitive pay. You must be comfortable working with tools, ladders, and commercial equipment. Dryer vent experience is a plus, but HVAC, maintenance, or duct cleaning experience is acceptable. Responsibilities:

<li>Perform dryer vent cleanings in apartment units </li>
<li>Operate commercial vacuum and rotary equipment </li>
<li>Use inspection cameras to verify airflow </li>
<li>Follow safety procedures and job documentation </li>
<li>Maintain a professional presence with tenants and staff </li>

Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Prior HVAC, dryer vent, duct cleaning, or maintenance experience </li>
<li>Comfortable using ladders and power tools </li>
<li>Reliable transportation </li>
<li>Ability to work 8-hour shifts consistently </li>
