About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you'll deliver an exceptional buying experience for every guest, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process. You'll actively build your customer base through prospecting, referrals, and dealership-generated leads—while showcasing the full value of Berlin City Auto Group's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up, referrals, and outreach
- Respond promptly to vehicle inquiries and sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas while maintaining customer satisfaction scores
- Stay informed on vehicle features, benefits, and industry trends
- Represent Berlin City Auto Group with professionalism and enthusiasm
Who You Are:
- A motivated sales professional with 2+ years of automotive sales experience
- Skilled at prospecting and growing a loyal customer base
- Committed to delivering a world-class customer experience
- Goal-driven and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, competitive dealership environment
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a favorable motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
