Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Pay Rate: $52–$60/hour
Position Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Radiology Technologist for an exciting job in Falmouth, MA.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare imaging equipment and patients for diagnostic examinations

Select appropriate equipment settings and accessories based on exam requirements

Obtain, review, and document relevant patient history and clinical information
-
Position patients and utilize immobilization devices to ensure optimal diagnostic image quality

Clearly explain procedures to patients and address questions to alleviate anxiety
-
Provide compassionate care addressing patients’ physical and psychological needs
-
Evaluate images for technical quality, accuracy, and diagnostic value
-
Maintain complete, accurate, and properly labeled radiology records
-
Assist physicians during specialized imaging procedures as required

Coordinate daily workflow to maximize efficiency while meeting departmental standards

Ensure compliance with infection control, radiation safety, fire, and disaster protocols

Requisition supplies, equipment, and maintenance services as needed

Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
-
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times

Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology Program
-
ARRT Registered or Registry Eligible
-
Active Massachusetts state licensure
-
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
