Summary:

As a Powder Coater at Pace, you will be responsible for powder coating a variety of parts to customer and manufacturer specifications.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities…This job includes but is not limited to the following:

• Obtain powder chip for cure and color verification.
• Obtain powder specified for the job from the paint vault inventory.
• Set-up powder coating equipment and set oven temperature based on manufacturer specifications.
• Powder coat parts to specifications Inspect parts for compliance with customer’s specifications.
• Clean gun, booth and filters between powder changes. Move materials and perform housekeeping as required.

Education: High School Graduate

Experience: Two years’ powder coating or equivalent.

Skills: Good eye/hand coordination, finger dexterity, and color sensitivity.
