Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Mental Health Therapist to join our practice on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and families, committed to evidence-based care, and excited to contribute to a growing team. This role is ideal for clinicians looking for flexibility, connection, and a supportive therapeutic community.
Responsibilities:

Provide individual therapy (primarily children and adolescents; some adults as needed)

Conduct intake assessments and create treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other providers when appropriate

Participate in case consultation and team meetings

Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with licensing requirements
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field

Active clinical license or license-eligible (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent)

Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred

Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills

Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

Afternoon/evening availability required
