A well-established Boston-area GC is expanding its multifamily division and is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on complex, ground-up residential projects throughout Greater Boston.

Job Details
What You’ll Be Doing
•Manage multifamily projects from precon through closeout, typically in the $25M–$75M range
•Lead teams including APMs, Superintendents, and Project Engineers
•Oversee subcontractor buyout, schedule tracking, budgeting, and client updates
•Collaborate with developers, design teams, and consultants to maintain alignment and momentum
•Report directly to the Director of the Multifamily division and contribute to division growth and process refinement
What You Bring
•10+ years of construction experience, including recent PM or Senior PM roles
•Proven experience with ground-up multifamily construction (wood frame, podium, wrap, etc.)
•Familiarity with Boston-area subcontractor market and permitting process
•Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Excel
•Strong communication and leadership skills
