Bertera Subaru of West Springfield is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Service & Parts team.

What You’ll Do
- Assist retail and wholesale customers, as well as service technicians, in identifying and sourcing the correct parts
- Accurately process parts orders, invoices, and transactions
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts inventory
- Monitor stock levels and place replenishment orders as needed
- Track backorders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
- Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and pricing information
- Support the service department to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Receive, stock, and label incoming parts shipments
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Parts Advisor or automotive parts experience preferred
- Subaru or other automotive experience a plus (not required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
- Comfortable using dealership management systems and inventory software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
