Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve a K-12 caseload in a dynamic educational setting located in Cambridge, MA. This contract role is set for the 2025-2026 academic year and requires providing in-person servicesno virtual work options are available.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Valid DESE license for Massachusetts
  • Experience working with K-12 students
  • Comfort working within a bilingual environment; approximately 70% of the student population is Spanish-speaking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct behavior analytic services and coaching to students across K-12 grades
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and behavioral goals
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Participate in meetings with parents, teachers, and district personnel to ensure continuity of support

  • Cambridge, Massachusetts (in-person work only)
