Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide specialized speech-language pathology services in an early childhood school setting, focusing on bilingual evaluations and supporting PreK students. This short-term contract offers the opportunity to work with a focused caseload in a flexible, supportive environment.

Position Details:
- Role: Bilingual (Portuguese) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Contract duration: Current School Year (CSY), from ASAP to 6/5/2026
- Hours per week: 23 hours
- Assignment: Single school, one evaluation required
- Service model: Itinerant with paid travel as needed
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a bilingual speech-language evaluation for a PreK student
- Collaborate with the district team to ensure compliance with individualized education program (IEP) requirements
- Utilize indirect hours for administrative tasks and participate in paid team meetings where applicable
- Maintain professional documentation and communication within the district's IEP system
- Participate in virtual interviews and onboarding via flexible Zoom sessions as part of the hiring process
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP certification/licensure with bilingual proficiency in Portuguese
- Experience working with early childhood populations in educational settings
- Strong understanding of PreK speech and language developmental milestones
- Ability to conduct evaluations in both English and Portuguese
- Comfortable with remote communication platforms and flexible scheduling
- Familiarity with caseload or workload models preferred
