<li>Develop strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and staff.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with NH child care licensing standards and center policies.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Center Director and other team members to support a cohesive learning environment.</li>
<li>Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate</li>
<li>Design a daily and weekly schedule</li>
<li>Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones</li>
</ul>
Skills and Attributes for All Positions:

<li>Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Prior experience with brightwheel is a plus but not required.</li>
<li>Patience, resourcefulness, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.</li>
<li>Commitment to upholding health and safety standards in the classroom.</li>
<li>Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development</li>
