DEPARTMENT: Executive
 
POSITION FUNCTION
Under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer and President and Chairman of the Board, assists in the administration of the Credit Union’s corporate functions. 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ol>
<li>Research, plan and make reservations for Directors and Management for conferences, seminars, and meetings, as well as related events and travel arrangements, if necessary.</li>
<li>Coordinate Credit Union functions, and assist in preparations for the Annual Meeting.</li>
<li>Type, mail, and maintain files of Directors, Management, and Chief Executive Officer, as requested.</li>
<li>Type, mail and deliver letters and correspondence for the Chief Executive Officer and President and Senior Management, </li>
<li>Type contracts and policies on an as needed basis.</li>
<li>Record and maintain Board and Committee meeting minutes.</li>
<li>Sort and distribute all daily incoming mail for Chief Executive Officer, President, and Board of Directors.</li>
<li>Distribute all Director correspondence.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of the monthly Board package.</li>
<li>Assist with sorting and delivering daily mail as assigned.</li>
<li>Prepare and file NCUA annual report of officials.</li>
<li>Coordinate the Credit Union’s scholarship program. </li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality on all Credit Union matters and sensitive information.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li>
