GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible to coordinate responses to resident service issues as well as tracking and following up on move-in satisfaction. Maintain company customer service standards within the community. Complete various administrative functions associated with residents’ needs, Move-In coordination, Onesite responsibilities, coordinating concierge type customer service, and resident activities. Provide coordination to ensure high quality resident customer service. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports directly to Community Director, Senior Community Director or Resident Services Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
Move-In Coordination 1. Ensure each new resident has a move-in orientation conducted by appointment. 2. New residents are contacted within seven days of move-in to ensure they are satisfied and to report any issues.
Onesite Responsibilities 1. Scan all required move-in documents into Onesite. 2. Oversee Pending Tasks.
Customer Service Administration 1. Guide walk-in traffic and minimize the wait time. 2. Handle any walk-in resident concerns with the Resident Service Manager and/or Community Director. 3. Ensure that all voicemails, texts, emails and other resident and community communications are checked and responded to within established time guidelines. 4. Unit Description: Located inside of Central Vermont Medical Center, this is a 9-chair outpatient Hemodialysis Clinic
On-Call: Not Required
Incentives: $10,000 Sign on bonus. Candidates must have at least 1 year of Dialysis RN experience to qualify for the bonus. Subject to tax withholdings and also prorated for any part time positions (additional terms and conditions apply).
Requirements:

POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp;

<li>We are seeking a scientist to join our Systems Immunology Lab in Client Inflammation &amp; Immunology Research Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating massive single-cell perturbational data using functional genomics and single cell transcriptomics technologies in collaboration with a small team.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Generate custom lentiviral libraries and maintain extensive&nbsp;cell cultures. Generate edited pools of cells via lentiviral transduction and arrayed electroporation. Develop, modify, and customize such procedures as needed to succeed in specific cell lines and types, and at large scale.</li>
<li>Generate single-cell data via several commercial workflows, including from 10x Genomics.</li>
</ul>

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Reports to a lead scientist in Systems Immunology Lab.</li>
<li>Collaborates with and supports several multi-disciplinary experimental teams on a per-project basis.</li>

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;

<li>Bachelors or Masters + 3 years of experience in Biology, Immunology, or a related field</li>
</ul>

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>3+ years of hands-on experience with standard cell culture techniques including primary&nbsp;immune cells&nbsp;handling and isolation, maintenance of cell lines and in vitro stimulation of primary immune cells, experience with standard molecular biology techniques including lentivirus infection, qPCR, western blot, and flow cytometry.</li>
<li>Bonus: direct experience in pooled cell screening of immune cells using CRISPRi, CRISPRa, and other methods of in vitro gene editing.</li>
</ul>
