Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time School Psychologist position is available to support K-12 students within a public school setting in Pittsfield, MA. This contract role offers the opportunity to serve multiple caseloads, allowing flexibility based on candidate preference for specific grade levels. The position requires onsite commitment to provide direct support to students, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and intervention services to support student mental health and academic success
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student needs and progress
  • Monitor and document student outcomes, maintaining compliance with school and state regulations

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure appropriate for the state
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in a school environment
  • Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessment tools and data-driven intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively
