Payments and Information Verification - Responsible for verifying, and updating as necessary, address and payer information for each client at time of check-in and collecting any payment due on each client’s account. 4. Coverage - Responsible for ensuring that the front desk is adequately covered at all times. Responsible for training back-up staff and scheduling back-up staff as necessary.
5. Crisis Calls - Must be able to assess crisis calls, both via the phone and on a walk-in basis, must refer to the "on-call" ACT clinician appropriately. In addition, the front desk must always know who is "on-call", and must relay that information to the answering service when necessary.
6. Opening &amp; Closing - The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for opening the Sagamore Office for business in the morning, and for ensuring that the entire building is closed properly in the evenings. This includes locking all outside entryways, turning off lights, and putting the switchboard on "call-forwarding" to the answering service.
7. Evening Reception - The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for hiring and providing adequate supervision and training for the evening receptionist who must work independently.

Job Description
We are looking to add a Room Service Operator to our team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our company’s mission.&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Take room service orders over the phone.</li>
<li>Answer questions on menu selections, and check with kitchen staff.</li>
<li>Place and log call back for room service order.</li>
<li>Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.</li>
<li>Record transaction in Digital Dining system at time of order. Complete all closing reports, including Digital Dining reports. Process all payment methods.</li>
<li>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.</li>
<li>Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.</li>
<li>Acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.</li>
<li>Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.</li>
<li>Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.</li>
<li>Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required</li>
<li>Previous experience a plus</li>
<li>Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages</li>
