<li>Provide administrative and clerical support for the Executive Director and data-based assignments for other departments negotiated through the Executive Director. Tasks include but are not limited to: schedule and meeting coordination, correspondence, letter and document production, and file maintenance.</li>
<li>Provide general reception services by answering the telephone and greeting visitors positively, courteously, and respectfully</li>
<li>Handle all incoming packages and the process for noting package arrivals, including contacting tenants to notify them that a package/mail has arrived for them and is picked up from the lobby area promptly </li>
<li>Maintain inventory of office supplies, including coffee and other refreshment supplies—track and order supplies as necessary</li>
<li>Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to data entry, documentation, printing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, distributing notices, and filing</li>
<li>Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking all documents relevant to the operation of the front desk</li>
<li>Create and maintain valuable databases for future tracking of guests, providers, and collaterals who work with and support 2Life</li>

You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. While we are currently looking to fill a part-time position, we will be offering full-time hours through at least October, and for the right person, this could turn into a full-time position.
Compensation:
$17.50 - $18.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests </li>
<li>Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information </li>
<li>Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers</li>
<li>Mitigate customer complaints as needed</li>
<li>Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred </li>
<li>Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations</li>
<li>Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent</li>
