<li>Issues ski tickets during winter season to persons with packages that include skiing/riding.</li>
<li>Issues water park vouchers for one-night stay, water park wrist bands for multiple nights with packages that include Pump House.</li>
<li>Issues golf vouchers during the summer to persons with packages that include golf.</li>
<li>Orients the guest, explaining where the different service areas are located, such as Customer Service, Rental and Repair, Ski School, Pump House, Clips &amp; Reels, Tram, Cafeterias or Restaurants.</li>
<li>When required, explain how to get to retail outlets in the area, hospital, points of interest, event locations, etc.</li>
<li>Makes dining room reservations when required.</li>
<li>Must be well groomed and professional in appearance, wearing uniform items provided.</li>
<li>Troubleshoots problems that may arise for the guest and if necessary, consults with supervisor to resolve more difficult issues.</li>

Lead Guest Services Associate works and manages POS stations to sell medical and recreational products. Directly support the Dispensary Manager with day-to-day operations with the retail team. &nbsp;&nbsp;Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis;</li>
<li>Educate customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products;</li>
<li>Check customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age;</li>
<li>Process customers' payments using the dispensary / retail POS system;</li>
<li>Keep abreast of new additions to our cannabis product line as well as the latest industry trends through training and research; advise floor GSA on information pertaining to new products.&nbsp; </li>
<li>De-escalation of unruly customers, reporting incidents to management if difficult situations with customers arise;</li>
<li>Ensure the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times and lead the team in assigning cleaning;</li>
<li>Full awareness and training on current SOPs and recommending changes and new SOPs</li>
<li>Take inventory of cannabis products and ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked.</li>
