Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. <li>Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.</li>
<li>Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.</li>
<li>Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.</li>
<li>Teaches patients/families/caregivers about any non-medicinal follow-up measures, such as healthy diet and exercise, disease prevention, and/or other lifestyle changes. Prepares patients and families/caregivers for future self-management.</li>

What qualifications you will need:

The Nurse Extern PRN will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN), and assist the nursing staff in providing patient care. You will deliver high quality, patient-centered care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living.

 POSITION SUMMARY: The Lodging Property Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing our lodging facilities; ensuring all systems, equipment and property assets are well maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians and coordinates with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This is a Full-time Year-round position with pay ranging from $62,000-$70,000 annually. RESPONSIBILITIES 
<ul>
<li>Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the lodging maintenance team.</li>
<li>Ensure all maintenance staff follow safety protocols and company policies.</li>
<li>Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and development.</li>
<li>Manage operations of all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life, safety, and mechanical. Coordinating and working with contractors as needed.</li>
<li>Prioritize and delegate work orders to team members, monitor progress and completion.</li>
<li>Oversee preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, common areas, and equipment.</li>
<li>Develop and manage the department budget, including labor, materials, and capital expenditures.</li>
<li>Maintain proper inventory of parts, tools, and supplies; order materials as needed.</li>
<li>Work with vendors and contractors on repairs, installations, or large projects.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain records for inspections, permits, and safety compliance.</li>
<li>Conduct regular property inspections and safety audits; implement corrective actions.</li>
</ul>
 QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, ideally in hospitality or facilities management.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety) and a mindset for managing them on a daily, monthly, seasonally and yearly basis.</li>
<li>Innate ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.</li>
<li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software (e.g., HotSOS, Building Engines).</li>
<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking and time management skills. Must be available for on-call emergencies, nights, weekends, or holidays when required.</li>
<li>Use of tools and equipment across trades. Hand and power tools, electrical meter, saws, etc.</li>
<li>The workplace is both indoors and outdoors. Must be able to work outside for long periods of time in various weather conditions, i.e., rain, snow, wind.</li>
<li>Ability to work weekends and holidays.</li>
<li>Ability to perform heavy lifting and/or exerting up to 70 pounds of force occasionally and lesser weights more often. Ability to lift above shoulder level. Ability to use hands for grasping and manipulating for long periods of time. Ability to climb stairs, ladders. Ability to withstand noise, such as from equipment/machinery.</li>

The driver assists Vice- President of Human Resources, Housing Manager, and HR Manager with transport of international and domestic employees for programming, activities, and around the resort. This role involves driving a 15-passenger van and must be able to work weekends and holidays. This is a part-time seasonal position that pays $20/hour. RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Drive to airport to pick up student arrivals, and departures.</li>
<li>Coordinate and drive for trips to the Social Security office and bank.</li>
<li>Perform guest service functions by answering employee requests and questions.</li>
<li>Assist in execution of all international cultural activities, including driving for cultural trips. </li>
<li>Respond to requests of Vice- President of Human Resources, HR Manager, Housing manager, and International Employee Coordinator.</li>
</ul>
 QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license and pass a DMV background check.</li>
<li>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities, a proactive, motivated work ethic and be capable of interacting with all Resort staff members. </li>
<li>Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of company personnel, as well as job applicants, outside firms and government agencies.</li>
<li>Must be able to work weekends and holidays.</li>
<li>Must be 26 years of age to drive our rental van.</li>
