Reporting to the VP of Brand, the Sr. Marketing Manager spearheads NESN’s brand/content marketing strategies, executes on-and-off network marketing plans, oversees agencies and media planning as appropriate, and supports broader growth marketing initiatives. The Sr. Marketing Manager leads the coordination and implementation of marketing plans, programs and campaigns; ensures consistency of brand representation across multiple channels; establishes brand voice and tactics; builds relationships with NESN personalities and outside influencers; and collaborates with internal and external partners on various company initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Establish and implement on- and off-network marketing initiatives per the marketing department’s annual operating plan and for special projects that promote programming initiatives, network tune-in, branded products, and other company initiatives with approval of the VP of Brand</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Duration: 2025-2026School Year (with high potential for renewal)</li>
<li>Caseload: K-12 (specific assignments to be discussed during interviews)</li>
<li>Work Environment: Collaborative and supportive school setting with access to necessary resources</li>

 Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)</li>
<li>Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff</li>
<li>Implement evidence-based interventions to improve student behavior and learning outcomes</li>
<li>Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in behavior management strategies</li>
<li>Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed</li>
<li>Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure students receive appropriate support services</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Masters degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.)</li>
<li>Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Massachusetts</li>
<li>Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior modification techniques</li>
<li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills</li>
