JOB DETAILS: We are an outdoor camp, located on beautiful, wooded property in Dover, MA. This is an hourly position, 8:15 - 4:15, Monday - Friday, for the camp season*. In addition, the Community Support Advocates are expected to attend / help facilitate 3 or 4 staff meetings on Monday afternoons at Camp and/or evenings at JCC Greater Boston, and are also expected to work between 1 and 3 additional Late Night (s) after camp, Sunday Family Day, and/or overnights (meals provided!) over the course of the summer. *The regular camp season begins June 29 and ends August 21 (with the possible option to work the following “9th Week” as well). Orientation begins with in-person sessions on June 7 and June 14th and then continues in person June 24, 25, and 26 and ends with Visiting Day (a pre-camp visit for all campers and families to meet staff) on Sunday, June 28. While we prefer staff who can start Orientation Week and work the entire 8-week regular season, we are happy to consider quality candidates who may have conflicting obligations.

Along with the DCH Program Director and other aquatic leadership, the Aquatics Director coordinates and supervises all aspects of the DCH Summer Aquatics program and seasonal pool. The pool operates from June 6th to August 30. The Aquatics Director is required to work until at least August 22nd to comply with BOH regulations for our Summer Camp Program.
Essential Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Assist in the opening and set-up of the DCH pool in early June</li>
<li>Daily chemical testing as required by the State of Massachusetts and BOH.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe aquatics area, including locker rooms, a pool deck, bathrooms, and a pavilion area.</li>
<li>Work with the pool operator to ensure the proper operation of pool mechanics.</li>
<li>Ensure that equipment is ordered and maintained, and report items in disrepair to the Facility Manager and Program Director.</li>
<li>Ensure all hours of operation are appropriately staffed, including being responsible for finding coverage or substituting when necessary.</li>
<li>Ensure that staff, members, and campers adhere to all safety rules.</li>
<li>Schedule daily breaks for you and your staff and monitor if they are being appropriately taken.</li>

<li>Train aquatics staff to deliver impeccable customer service to all members and patrons at the pool. If problems arise intervene when necessary.</li>

Job Description
Super Soccer Stars is seeking a dedicated and motivating Youth Soccer Coach who is excited to inspire young children through sports and physical activity! As a coach, you will provide dynamic and engaging instruction to children aged 1 to 10, creating a fun and supportive environment that promotes both skill development and a love for sports.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing lesson plans that are age-appropriate and aligned with our educational philosophy. You will lead classes that focus on skill development, teamwork, positive reinforcement and social interaction, ensuring that every child feels included and encouraged.

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience working with young children, ideally in sports coaching, teaching, or recreational contexts.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of early childhood development and educational practices.</li>
<li>Creative and engaging approach to teaching and coaching kids.</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation to travel to various class locations.</li>
<li>Availability to work weekday mornings and/or weekends</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid certification preferred (can be obtained during training).</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with children and their parents.</li>
