TRAINING PROGRAM DETAILS
Once an applicant applies, auditions, and is accepted, they are expected to attend a multi-day long intensive training. 
 
Following these sessions, trainees are paired with a mentor for 1:1 training. All trainees are expected to dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week with their assigned Mentor/Master Instructor throughout the duration of their training, in addition to at least 3 hours of at home practice.
 
The entire training process, beginning to end, will last approximately 8-12 weeks, and participants are required to have their own insurance in order to utilize our facility and complete the training.

 Soccer Shots Boston is looking for a passionate youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required! What We Offer:

The Job:

<li>Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development</li>
<li>Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment</li>
<li>Engage each child individually during class</li>
<li>Manage equipment and class roster</li>
<li>Attend team meetings and trainings</li>
<li>Provide post-session feedback</li>
<li>Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful</li>
