What You'll Do:

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Janitorial Operations Manager (Custodial Services Manager) to oversee all aspects of our custodial operations. This role ensures a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients, facilities, staff, and visitors across multiple sites.
You will provide leadership to a team of approximately 40 custodial staff, manage resources, and implement policies that promote efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our clients production machinery running at peak performance. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting production by ensuring minimal downtime of equipment.
Starting Rate: $23.00/Hr.
Schedule: 1st &amp; 2nd shifts (must have ability to train on 1st shift)
Mold Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:

<li>Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and auxiliary equipment using schematics, meters, and technical documentation.</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance as specified by OEM guidelines.</li>
<li>Diagnose issues to the component level, including pumps, valves, and sensors.</li>
