We are currently seeking a Full-Time Family Access Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting families while they navigate the Massachusetts Financial Assistance process during the eligibility, enrollment and reassessment periods. They will be responsible for ensuring all eligibility requirements are met according to the Department of Early Education and Care regulations. Responsible for working with other employees involved with the enrollment and billing processes for childcare services.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

<li>Work with childcare program staff to ensure enrollment is maintained at various locations in the agency.</li>
<li>Work with Contract Managers and other fiscal staff to ensure timely placements and billing for subsidized childcare seats.</li>
<li>Perform all responsibilities related to the waitlist for families interested in accessing childcare financial assistance through a contract. This includes waitlist screening, placement and removal from waitlist, and notifications to families.</li>
<li>Review and determine each family's eligibility based on EEC's Child Care Financial Assistance eligibility criteria. These criteria are outlined in EEC's regulations, the Child Care Financial Assistance Policy Guide, and other agency communications. EEC expects the successful bidder to become an expert on the eligibility rules and criteria.</li>
<li>Educate and counsel families on childcare financial assistance programs, policies, processes, expectations, and their rights.</li>
<li>Review and process intake applications and collect required documentation from families.</li>
<li>Communicate promptly and proactively with the family and administration throughout the entire process, while providing transparency into the eligibility determination process wherever possible.</li>
<li>Assist families in collecting and submitting all required documentation for eligibility determination. Ensure that families submit the minimum required documentation based on EEC regulations and policies, and nothing extraneous.</li>

<li>Ensure placements and booking plans are entered into the FAMLY data system.</li>
<li>Assist families during child transitions, including working with Child Care Resource and Referral agencies (CCRR's), and other partner agencies to ensure smooth transitions from provider to provider and contract to voucher, when applicable.</li>
<li>Provide information to families on relevant EEC policies (e.g., attendance policies, payment policies, parent fees, reauthorization policies).</li>
<li>Safeguard and limit access to confidential information to individuals or agencies allowed by law.</li>

As a Residential Support Counselor, you will provide direct care to individuals living in a residential setting. The RSS will help individuals with daily living skills, transportation, skill-building, money management, medication administration, risk mitigation and other areas based on the person centered treatment plan. Services are provided based on Recovery tenets and are aimed to promote overall health and well-being of persons served. What you’ll do:
<ul>
<li>Engage people and partner with them to improve their health and wellness, achieve symptom stabilization and self-management and develop and/or restore skills impacted by mental illness to help them live a self-directed life.</li>
<li>Assist people with psychiatric and substance use disorders to identify personal priorities, preferences, strengths, and interests in order to help them establish goals that support a life in recovery.</li>
<li>Arrange and transport residents to appointments or daily outings.</li>
<li>Complete administrative tasks, such as answering phones or filling out paperwork.</li>
<li>Assist with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning</li>
<li>Provide side-by-side support and coaching to help people socialize to socialize and become more involved in their community</li>

What you’ll need:

<li>Education: High School Diploma/GED equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Experience: In lieu of college degree, at least one year experience with population that has severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorder.</li>
<li>Skills: Must have valid driver’s license. Must be MAP certified within five months of hire and complete CPR/First Aide within orientation period (all training/certification provided).</li>

The Direct Support Professional will provide support to people in our services who need daily intervention, supervision and skills training in activities of daily living while managing within a home environment and in the community. People in our services may require physical assistance or accommodation. Staff will receive and must pass specialized training to provide enhanced supervision or interventions designed to address multiple disabilities which may include behavioral support or enhanced medical care. Staff may be required to have specialized certifications; be credentialed or trained in specialized areas such as PABC or ABA techniques; and/or have advanced training in areas such as autism, behavioral support and/or healthcare.
Schedule: Monday 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Thursday - Friday 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (20 hours)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ol>
<li>Provide support and assist people in our services with skills training in all activities of daily living during the day, evening and/or overnight hours (depending on the shift the employee is assigned).</li>
<li>Create opportunities and provide support to people in our services to make decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.</li>
<li>Provide services to people in our services according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF and all applicable regulatory standards, as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Provide support and assist people in our services with all medical, clinical and financial needs.</li>
<li>Transport and accompany people in our services as needed to and from medical, recreational and other activities outside the program.</li>
<li>Maintain daily progress notes, shift checklists, shift assignments and other required documentation according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF and all applicable regulatory standards as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Complete household cleaning duties as assigned.</li>

Required Education/Experience:
