What you’ll be doing…
 You’ll make sure our outside plant facilities are in tip-top condition! Your know-how and commitment to excellence will ensure that Verizon’s outside facilities operate at maximum efficiency and preparedness. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>
Placing, rearranging and removing outside plant, including aerial, underground, submarine, buried, block and house cables, poles, and associated hardware/fixtures.
</li>
<li>
Connecting wires and cables to terminals and attaching/detaching various kinds of hardware to wires, cables, building or poles.
</li>
<li>
Reading and interpreting engineering work orders.
</li>
<li>
Performing construction work using designated equipment (i.e. digging holes, placing poles, etc.).
</li>
<li>
Operating Company motor vehicles of varying gross weights to transport equipment.
</li>
<li>
Climbing ladders and poles, working aloft, perceiving differences in wire and cable colors, and moving/lifting items generally not exceeding 100 lbs.
</li>
<li>
Working evenings, weekends, holidays and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
</li>
</ul>

You’ll need to have:

Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
</li>

CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL.
</li>
</ul>
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
<ul>

A related Associate Degree or 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
</li>
</ul>

Outside Plant Technician

Job DescriptionAn Electronic Manufacturing Company has a 2nd shift Test Technician located in Westborough, MA.&nbsp; This has the opporutnity of going permanent! Shift:&nbsp; Monday - Friday:&nbsp; 3:30PM - 12AM Pay rate:&nbsp; $23 - $26 Job Summary Tests and troubleshoots a variety of electrical, electronic, mechanical and electro-mechanical&nbsp;assemblies, systems, subsystems subassemblies, fixtures, PCBA’s and power control panels in a large&nbsp;scale manufacturing environment. Often performs repetitive duties, can troubleshoot to the component&nbsp;level using a range of electronic and mechanical measurement and test equipment. Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Uses standard test equipment and written procedures to test electromechanical parts, subassemblies, and finished goods.</li>
<li>Works from specifications, technical manuals, schematics and written/verbal instruction.</li>
<li>Uses a variety of test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators and other input/output</li>
<li>electronic test devices.</li>
<li>Comfortable training other technicians and manufacturing personal.</li>
<li>Discusses technical problems encountered with supervisor.</li>
<li>Compiles and records test results.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or GED with Technical School diploma. Associates Degree preferred.</li>
<li>3 - 5 experience testing systems, PCBA’s assemblies and other devices.</li>
<li>Proficient with test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators and other input/output electronic test devices).</li>
<li>Has experience working in a clean room and understands the standard clean room protocols</li>
<li>Basic understanding of optics, optics assembly and optics testing.</li>
<li>Experience in precision assembly, fine pitch soldering and rework</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, focus, and highest standards for quality.</li>
</ul>

Job DescriptionLocated in Southborough, MA Our client, a provider of mobility solutions, is looking for an Assembly Technician to join their team in Southborough for a 12-14 week temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or assembly and be comfortable using hand and power tools. Schedule: Full Time - Monday-Friday Pay: $20.00/hour Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Assemble seating, mobility, specialty ADL, and home accessibility equipment per factory and clinical specifications</li>
<li>Provide inventory control and perform counts for all custom, special orders, and stock items</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop/warehouse</li>
<li>Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assembly and repair tasks</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Manufacturing or assembly experience</li>
<li>Mechanically inclined; experienced with hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment repairs</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 50 pounds</li>
