Working Conditions/Physical Demands
This position requires sitting at a workstation for prolong periods of time (with reasonable breaks as needed) and extensive computer work. The workstation may be exposed to overhead fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. This is a fast-paced work environment in which you will be operating office equipment including personal computers, copiers, and fax machines.

Responsibilities

Requirements
What We Need
<ul>
<li>You must be coachable and eager to collaborate with team members on complex family law or divorce cases from start to finish, including preparing for trial if necessary.</li>
<li>License to practice in NH and/or experience in Bankruptcy law is a plus</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of family law/domestic relations clients for at least 3 years.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2-5 years handling a caseload of 25-50 cases, and experience in Massachusetts family law and divorce legal practice.</li>
<li>Must be a member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.</li>
<li>Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.</li>
<li>Trial experience is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary.</li>
