About the Job
As a design/build engineering firm and general contractor, Dennis Group’s Architects support our industrial architectural practice in designing and building food and beverage processing facilities. Our projects are industrial projects that are complex and require frequent interaction with our project managers, process designers, and multiple different disciplines of engineering staff. The Architect is a key role in all phases of architectural design and facility programming for defining spaces and their characteristics from proposal development through construction administration. Architects apply knowledge in areas of sanitary design, building materials, and construction methods. 
As a Project Architect on the Dennis Group team responsibilities include, but not limited to:

<li>Prepare programming and concept development documentation to meet clients’ needs and budget </li>
<li>Establish budget, task schedule, and other components of a project work plan with the Project Manager </li>
<li>Execute applicable agency review analysis for codes, zoning, accessibility, life-safety, etc. </li>
<li>Carry out design and architectural detailing tasks including site and building planning studies, elevation studies, stairs, functional space layouts, building sections, wall sections, special details, etc. </li>
<li>Produce schematic, design development and construction documents; make decisions and negotiate critical issues in collaboration with the Project Manager and other team members </li>
<li>Provide leadership to the project team (all disciplines) for documents coordination including design drawings construction documentation and specifications </li>
<li>Help maintain and improve office architectural standards, details and production tools. </li>
<li>Perform construction administration duties - RFI’s, RFP’s, change orders, on-site observation, etc. </li>
<li>Maintain contact with clients, consultants, and contractors </li>
<li>Participate in marketing efforts and presentations to prospective clients </li>
</ul>
About You 
<ul>
<li>Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture </li>
<li>10+ years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects </li>
<li>Architectural license desired with LEED accreditation a plus </li>
<li>A broad range of commercial/industrial project experience is desired </li>
<li>Experience with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems </li>
<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is necessary. Experience with Revit is a preferred but not required. </li>
<li>Advanced experience in all phases of a project including construction documentation review </li>
<li>Understanding of the project management process </li>
<li>Effective verbal, written and graphic communication skills </li>

Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:
The LTSS Manager reports to the Sr. LTSS Manager and is responsible for the oversight and the day-to-day operations of one or several programs in the Special Programs Department. S/he will work collaboratively with the Sr. LTSS Manager and other managers, supervisors, and directors as needed. The LTSS Manager will provide direct supervision of the staff assigned to the programs. 
The Special Programs Department manages the following programs: Senior Care Options Plans (SCO), One Care Plans (OCP), and the Community Partnership (CP) under Accountable Care Organizations Partnership (ACO).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Review and reconcile monthly member rosters.</li>
<li>Review consumers’ assignments to care managers monthly.</li>
<li>Participate in internal and external meetings as required. </li>
<li>Provide support to care managers, supervisors, and other CBES staff regarding consumer assessments, service planning, and resources. </li>
<li>Ensure that the staff identifies elders in at-risk situations, including abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation. Report to and collaborate with an appropriate crisis intervention agency, including Protective Services and Elders at Risk programs, to alleviate abuse, neglect, and other crises.</li>
<li>Provide coverage for the Sr. LTSS Managers, and supervisors, and oversee the care managers if the manager/team supervisor is absent. This includes, but is not limited to, weekly supervision meetings and consults. </li>
<li>Approve timesheets, weekly schedules, time-off requests, and conduct other related paperwork and duties as needed.</li>
<li>Protect Consumers’ Personal Health Information (PHI) and report suspected security breaches.</li>
<li>Provide coaching and mentoring to staff. Consult with Sr. LTSS Manager and Human Resources regarding employee-related matters. </li>
<li>Other duties and projects as assigned.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Three years working in an Aging Services Access Point organization with case management experience with at least one year of supervisory experience is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.</li>
<li>Must be able to work with a diverse population and within a multi-disciplinary team.</li>
<li>Must be familiar with the federal and state programs and local resources.</li>

· Early evening availability required for working hours. Most visits to clients are in the afternoon or early evenings. Must have flexible availability to work due to this. Schedule/hours are subject to our clients needs.
