Current certification as a para II educator by the Department of Education; or b. Both of the following: 1. Documentation of enrollment in a course for at least 3 credits in child development, education, recreation, or other fields of study focused on children, through an accredited college or university and a written plan on file for completion of at least 3 additional credits as specified; and

<li>Collaborate with charge nurses, patient care technicians, and monitor techs to maintain optimal patient ratios (1:4 day and night shifts).</li>
<li>Ensure thorough documentation using the Allscripts system.</li>
<li>Adhere to hospital-specific guidelines and maintain certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS).</li>
<li>Participate in scheduling every other weekend and float to similar cardiac units as needed.</li>

Desired Qualifications:

<li>Proficiency in care of advanced cardiac patients, including familiarity with TAVR, ablations, Watchman implants, STEMI, pacemakers, and cardiac drips.</li>
