<li>Act as liaison with client and other TUV staff including sales team, technical staff, and other domestic or international TUV offices as necessary. Coordinate with TUV functions (Engineering, Auditing, Inspection, etc.) to ensure technical capacity and capabilities for service delivery. Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.</li>
<li>Provide reporting to management that shows sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Update and maintain sales database. </li>

Summary:
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides hands-on nursing care to residents and/or patients, ensuring their medical and daily living needs are met with compassion and efficiency. LPNs monitor patient conditions, administer medications, assist with treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote residents' overall health and well-being.
Essential Work Functions:

<li>Provide bedside care to patients and assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living </li>
<li>Assist with wound care, catheter management, and other skilled nursing procedures </li>
<li>Administer prescribed medications and treatments, following facility policies and state nursing regulations </li>
<li>Document care provided and resident status accurately and in a timely manner </li>
<li>Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and healthcare providers to develop and follow individualized care plans </li>
<li>Educate residents and families about medications, treatments, and disease management </li>
<li>Support residents' emotional well-being, providing compassionate care and meaningful interactions </li>
<li>Supervise CNAs and other support staff, delegating tasks appropriately </li>
<li>Recognize and report changes in patient condition to RNs and healthcare provider team </li>
<li>Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate interventions within the LPN scope of practice </li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice</li>
</ul>
Required Essential Skills:

<li>The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language </li>
