Position Summary: The Intern, CNC Programming will assist the programming department in programming, setup, and machining to support daily production and new product development. General Summary

Job Summary:
Develop product test plans, and run electromechanical/environmental testing for design engineering on new and existing product designs. Run 3D printing for parts and fixturing for design engineers.

Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Develop test plans derived from customer, industry and internal specifications.</li>
<li>Develop fixturing necessary for testing</li>
<li>Run electrical/mechanical/environmental tests as required both internally and with 3rd party lab</li>
<li>Run 3D printers for fixtures/parts</li>
<li>Work with manufacturing or quality engineering for product acceptance testing</li>
</ul>

Required Skills/Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Electrical testing - DWV, Insulation Resistance, Contact Resistance per EIA standards</li>
<li>Mechanical testing - force testing per EIA standards</li>
<li>Microsoft office, Adobe</li>
</ul>
