SUMMARY:
Globe Composite Solutions, LLC (Globe) is seeking a Senior Estimating &amp; Pricing Analystto support our fast growing company. Globe is a recognized leader in designing and manufacturing cost-effective composite solutions for military and industrial applications. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is located at Globe's design &amp; technology center in Stoughton, Massachusetts (25 miles south of Boston).
The Senior Estimating &amp; Pricing Analyst will have a significant impact on the company's success, by maintaining a high level of analytical insight into manufacturing, operational expenses, product pricing, and business unit profitability to support Globe's business needs. The Senior Estimating &amp; Pricing Analyst will analyze customer requests for proposal (RFPs) and provide thorough analysis leading to the submission of current, accurate and complete cost and pricing proposal to key customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Develop understanding of product manufacturing, staffing, material acquisition, and operating processes</li>
<li>Estimating material and labor costs (manufacturing and engineering) based on Request for Proposal (RFP) data requirements requested by prospective customers</li>
<li>Compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications</li>
<li>Analyzing specifications, including sketches, blueprints, bills of material, or sample layouts</li>
<li>Calculating production costs using labor and material pricing schedules and historical data</li>
<li>Collecting cost data from functional representatives and subcontractors</li>
<li>Preparing cost reports and presenting results to management and customer representatives</li>
<li>Work directly on production floor with technicians to create and refine cost models</li>
<li>Supporting risk and opportunity assessment, quantification, and analysis during the proposal process</li>
<li>Supporting Pricing &amp; Estimating team initiatives and continuous improvement</li>
<li>Participating as a member of the contract negotiating team</li>
<li>Understanding the requirements for supplier price/cost analysis</li>
<li>Interacting with other functional areas (Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and Business Development) to develop strategies in support of proposal requirements and deadlines.</li>
<li>Assist / lead special projects, ad hoc analysis etc.</li>

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities:
 
● Conduct private, high-end property showings for qualified luxury buyers supporting senior team agents
● Deliver a polished, informative, and client-focused showing experience with knowledge and poise
● Collaborate with the sales team on strategic lead generation and relationship-building initiatives
