Responsibilities:


● Conduct private, high-end property showings for qualified luxury buyers supporting senior team agents

● Deliver a polished, informative, and client-focused showing experience with knowledge and poise

● Collaborate with the sales team on strategic lead generation and relationship-building initiatives

● Educate clients on luxury market trends, property values, and neighborhood insights

● Coordinate and manage showing schedules with precision and flexibility

● Assist in preparing and presenting offers with professionalism and attention to detail

● Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and property tours within the CRM system provided

● Stay informed on luxury design trends, market shifts, and local real estate sales and inventory


Qualifications:


● Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (We will respectfully decline any applicant who does not have a license)

● Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or a luxury service environment required

● Exceptional interpersonal, EQ and communication skills required

● Professional, polished appearance and demeanor (jeans are not allowed as company policy)

● Highly organized with strong time-management skills

● Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools (Apple products are required)

● Knowledge of the Middlesex County luxury market or a commitment to quickly gain expertise

● Adaptable, discreet, and client-focused with a high standard of service

● A “team player” who is willing to support and positively help others on our team and in our community

Pay:

$125,000 - $180,000 per year
