What You’ll Do:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Uses a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets. In a repair department places pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replaced boards into place. In an assembly department takes stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired. Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw.
Work requires operator to stand for long periods of time. Operators must be able to repeatedly lift a pallet weighing 50-75 lbs. Nail guns must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Repair Operators must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Repair Operators must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

PREFERRED SKILLS
2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast moving setting with industrial machinery.

Summary of Position

Position Summary:
The Main Bank Cashier is responsible for safeguarding company assets by accurately handling, balancing, and reconciling large sums of money in accordance with all company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations. This role supports team transactions, maintains kiosk and lottery machine operations, detects and reports fraud, and ensures the secure management of cash and financial instruments. 

Essential Responsibilities:

<li>Safeguard company assets and adhere to all cage policies and procedures</li>

<li>Maintains and is held accountable for all funds entrusted to him/her on an assigned shift.</li>
<li>Create teamwork by helping co-workers with essential functions</li>
<li>Balance all money transactions and paperwork</li>
<li>Meet all attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies</li>
<li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures to include strict adherence to attendance and appearance guidelines as well as confidentiality</li>
<li>Handle Team Member and guests financial transactions</li>
<li>Work on and maintain ticket redemption kiosks and lottery machines</li>
<li>Be alert for fraud, forged/counterfeit currency, and/or vouchers</li>
<li>Balance all funds under his/her responsibility and prepare reconciliation reports accordingly</li>
<li>Ensure at all times that the cash inventory is well secured</li>
<li>Fill in as Cage Cashier as assigned</li>
<li>Attendance and punctuality are an essential function of the position</li>
<li>Attend required training sessions offered by the casino</li>
<li>Obtain required license(s)</li>
<li>Perform the duties described in compliance with state regulations and federal regulations/guidelines including Title 31.</li>
<li>Have knowledge of the Property’s programs to address problem gambling</li>
<li>Consult with the appropriate individuals and maintain an effective system of written policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and Internal Controls</li>
<li>Take the appropriate steps to investigate exceptions, fraud, and potential violations and report such instances to the appropriate levels of management</li>
<li>Report any acts of wrongdoing on behalf of any staff member that they have knowledge of</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>

Position Qualifications:

<li>Experience in money handling and guest service preferred. </li>
<li>Must have a friendly demeanor and be able to communicate well with the public and fellow team members. </li>

Physical Requirements:
