The Catholic Charities Food Pantry Network serves the food insecure at four locations throughout Greater Boston and provides additional services to external partner organizations. The Food Pantry Assistant oversees smaller pantry operations and/or supports the Food Pantry Coordinator at a larger pantry. The Food Pantry Assistant provides logistical support to the daily food distribution center operations of the Food Pantry, including, but not limited to, logistics of the distribution, stocking and restocking of the food items, checking for expiration dates, sorting food items, and tracking inventory. The Assistant also performs other duties as needed, including picking up the food from other local centers, driving the truck, supporting volunteers, and compassionately rendering distribution of food items to the clients in our distribution centers, while maintaining personal and professional boundaries. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Work Schedule This is a per diem position, starting in February 2026 and ending in June 2026. School programs run on weekday mornings and afternoons. Family, all-ages, and community programs run on weekdays, evenings, and on weekends. <li>Provides clinical and/or administrative supervision to staff of Behavioral Health Services within Secure Treatment Units. </li>
<li>Monitors efforts of Behavioral Health Services in Secure Treatment Units to ensure clinical services are being provided in a timely, professional manner. </li>
<li>Provides and assigns clinical on-call duties. </li>
<li>Provides direct clinical services including individual and group treatment, crisis intervention, as well as providing shadowing and mentor opportunities to front-line clinical staff. </li>
<li>Ensures treatment programs contracted are integrated and appropriately staffed. </li>
<li>Provides administrative support to behavioral health staff. </li>
<li>Coordinates with the facility’s Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Program. </li>
<li>Attends training and meetings as required. </li>
<li>Maintain proficiency with all software required for the position, and more specifically, clinical documentation in the designated electronic health record system. </li>
<li>Other duties as assigned. </li>

Schedule: Monday- Friday 5hours a Day 
 
JOB SUMMARY:
The delivery driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Drivers will work as part of the delivery team to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client. Delivery drivers must be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. Drivers must be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Parts Delivery:
<ul>
<li>This job requires multiple stops per day in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment.</li>
<li>Have a working knowledge of the part of the city the store services and be able to operate a vehicle equipped with a manual transmission (if required).</li>
<li>Obey all state and federal laws to safely operate your vehicle at all times. </li>
<li>Check invoices to ensure that the parts ordered were correctly pulled for delivery to the customer. </li>
<li>Deliver the right parts to the right location.</li>
<li>Account for cash on COD (Collect on Delivery) orders and maintain an accurate, detailed delivery log. </li>
<li>Handle core/part returns appropriately.</li>
<li>Maintain a delivery log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made.</li>
<li>Operate NAPA Delivery Tracker tablet as applicable. </li>
<li>Ensure the security of company assets, vehicles, merchandise, building/property, and personnel.</li>
<li>Provide pickup service for machine shop when instructed.</li>
<li>Assist with checking in stock orders and stocking products on the shelves when not delivering parts.</li>
<li>Participate in required training</li>
<li>Execute other duties as assigned (to include the potential to work in other markets, close in proximity and within reason, on a temporary basis as needed)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide timely deliveries.</li>
<li>Know where to park and who to contact at the customer's location.</li>
<li>Practice effective communication skills.</li>
<li>Report any problems immediately to store management.</li>
<li>Apologize to the customer if there is a problem.</li>
<li>Ask about any other needs and thank the customer for using Sanel NAPA.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a pleasant, helpful personality; smile!</li>
<li>Adhere to Sanel NAPA company policies.</li>
<li>Follow Sanel NAPA appearance and dress standards</li>
<li>Adhere to the code of conduct for the Sanel NAPA Professional.</li>
<li>Delivery vehicles are to be kept clean both internally and externally.</li>
<li>Cleaning and routine maintenance functions for the delivery vehicle and the store.</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety rules, including 100% compliance with wearing sthe handling of hazardous materials.</li>
<li>Answer the telephone on occasion.</li>
<li>Take initiative to assist others with store duties and perform other duties as assigned by Store Management.</li>

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with no DWI convictions within the past four years and not have over three moving violations or two at-fault accidents in the last three years.</li>
<li>Able to establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service.</li>
<li>Be functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure proper selection and delivery of parts, including identifying sequences of numbers and letters accurately and rapidly.</li>
<li>Have a well-groomed, neat appearance.</li>
<li>Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills in a professional manner.</li>
<li>Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced setting; be competitive yet work calmly under pressure.</li>

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
