Responsibilities:

• Manage office supply inventory, placing orders as needed and organizing digital and physical filing systems.
• Archive and maintain documents for easy accessibility and proper record-keeping.
• Provide general administrative support, including handling ad hoc tasks as required by the team.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints with attention to detail and courtesy.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies in all administrative processes.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to manage scheduling and administrative needs.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage calendars. • Excellent communication abilities for interacting with various stakeholders. • Knowledge of expense reporting and compliance procedures. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience with attention to detail will be considered. • Must be able to work onsite during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to set up and operate manual lathes and machines such as Bridgeport's, Hurco, and Okuma. The role involves machining surfaces of precision sheet metal aircraft engine components and parts, making it ideal for individuals with tool-making experience.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Restore components by operating manual lathes, Bridgeport's, Hurco, and Okuma.</li>
<li>Measure and examine completed parts to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments such as calipers and micrometers.</li>
<li>Use OEM prints and design sketches to ensure proper outcomes of repairs.</li>
<li>Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.</li>
<li>Fabricate or modify fixtures and maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metalworking, layout, lapping, and cleaning procedures.</li>
<li>Become fully trained and fluent on all parts with all machines.</li>
<li>Follow AWT’s FAA Quality System.</li>
<li>Repair customer parts with care, craftsmanship, and quality in a timely manner to meet the production schedule.</li>
<li>Machine parts using required fixtures in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical data and company procedures.</li>
<li>Work in other areas as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work area and comply with all preventative maintenance schedules.</li>

Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.</li>
<li>Proficient with all measuring devices.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.</li>

<li>Ability to pass FAA/DOT initial and random drug and alcohol tests along with full screening.</li>
